wen chin fu residence, artist talk and performance: sugar instruments

KKT and Illutron hosted together the visit of artist and instrument inventor Wen Chin Fu in september 2016.

The 12th of september she gave a talk about the sonic potential of sugar, about exploring new instrument types and about the celebration of every day rituals and ceremonies through music theatre performances.

Two weeks later she performed the result of her residence: A new composition for her Sugar Instruments developed in collaboration with composer Lars Kynde. The performance took place in the dancehall Blågårds Plads 5, 3rd floor on the 25th of September at 4 PM.
